First Bottle Release

On September 25, we had our first bottle release ever! We made our first three (3) meads available for shipping, pickup, and local delivery. This inaugural release marks the beginning of what will be a new experience of flavor for Bellingham and the Pacific Northwest. Each mead is hand-crafted by our award-winning mead maker and created using real ingredients and a whole lotta love.

• WESTERN BLUE BIRD

  Say hello to blueberry pie in a bottle. This smooth, balanced mead is made with organic Marmeleiro Blossom honey then aged on whole Madagascar vanilla beans and pie spices. This swirl of flavor and texture gives you the experience of a beautiful summer afternoon on your taste buds.

• 12 WIRED BIRD OF PARADISE (sold out)

  This mango and mint mead is light, crisp, fruity, and refreshing. The tropical notes will transport your taste buds to a sandy beach surrounded by palm trees (...metaphorically speaking).

• RED TAILED HAWK

  A perfect blend of raspberry and peanut butter. This smooth, semi-sweet mead is reminiscent of a simpler time.
